Venison is renowned for being the healthiest and most natural of all red meats. With its intense flavour, low fat content and tenderness, it is a great addition to your diet and your good health. It is low in fat and cholesterol, while being an excellent source of iron and B vitamins. It is a real treat to discover. To enjoy its delicate texture, it is best served pink rather than overcooked, to avoid it becoming too dry.
