Excellence Cream 35% - 1L

Excellence cream is a 35% fat cream which is characterized by its regularity, its stability, its abundance and its hold.

In cooking, Excellence cream is ideal for making sauces which enhance the flavors, thus allowing the reduction of the quantity of main ingredient to obtain a satisfactory taste.

In pastry, it is perfect for mousses. Once assembled, it does not release water for around 24 hours, making it easier to store.
