Kalamata olive cream - 90g

This olive cream is prepared from premium Kalamata olives, without adding spices which could mask the taste of the olives.

Using a homemade process, the skin and pit of the olive are removed, then the pure olive paste is crushed and preserved with a drizzle of Kalios olive oil.

The taste is powerful but without bitterness.
