This Yuzu cream is made with a fruit from the Kôshi region in Japan. It is picked at its perfect ripeness and candied with care.

It is used in small quantities (1 tsp) for the preparation of sauces, mayonnaises, avocados, vinaigrettes, fish, shrimp.

To brush before cooking, on your meats, poultry, fish, or to use as a marinade base.
