Coulommiers with raw milk - 500g

Placed between Camembert and Brie, at the center of the family of soft cheeses with a bloomy rind, Coulommiers borrows character traits from each of these two great French cheeses.

Brie shares the generous roundness of cream and butter aromas.

Camembert, with its more rustic and animal notes, typical of traditional products. It comes in the form of a large 350-gram cylinder with a slightly tormented rind.

Inside, its texture is almost as creamy as that of a Brie. It is a pasteurized cheese made from cow's milk.
