This family house specializing in fruit since 1946, embodies above all a culture of the original taste of fruit with its refrigerated purees and coulis. It sources exceptional, rare and exclusive fruits, picked at maturity, processed quickly after harvest, very gently. She supports the gastronomic community with her creations and innovations. To reduce its carbon footprint, Ponthier will switch to using beet sugar from France in June 2024. Ponthier coulis and purees are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity, without coloring or preservatives. The purees are used like traditional frozen purees (for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis, icings), for cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes and granitas... coulis can be used as a plate decoration, next to cakes, on ice cream, mixed with yogurts, or in fruit salads. These fruit bases are ideal in cooking, laboratory and of course baking. Their pack with resealable cap allows easy dosing and optimal bacteriological protection.
