Our beef ribs are all made from French Charolais or Limousine type beef.

You can freeze the beef ribs after receiving them or keep them in the refrigerator for 14 days in their packaging.

Preparation advice: The prime rib can either be grilled on a BBQ, a plancha, or cooked in the oven.

Don't forget to vary your cooking times according to your medium and your desires and to use coarse salt to season this red meat.

This prime rib is packaged in a vacuum bag for optimal conservation and ease of use.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
