As its name suggests, this meat comes from the region of Galicia, located in the northwest of Spain and very close to the ocean.
It is meat with abundant marbling (intramuscular fat) for an animal raised on grass, without a specific fattening regime, and with a dark red color.
In the mouth, its buttery, slightly spicy and iodized taste makes it an extremely tender dish with exceptional flavors.
This prime rib is packaged in a vacuum bag for optimal conservation and ease of use.
