Presented in baskets of approximately 12 kilos, these whole scallops are perfectly suited for creating refined catering dishes. Of impeccable freshness and quality, these Pecten maximus and Pecten jacobeus scallops are carefully harvested by hand by diving, bottom trawling, or dredging, thus guaranteeing an authentic and delicate flavor.
