Highly appreciated by charcuterie lovers, coppa is a product originating from Corsica. Made from pork loin marinated in salt, coppa is washed in wine before being peppered, shaped and then smoked. Dried for at least 2 months, the taste of coppa is powerful and complex. Coppa therefore has its place on a charcuterie board, it gives character to elaborate sandwiches, it can also be served on its own.
