Lorraine plum jam - 240g

Jam made by Jean-Marie Guilbault, Master Jam Maker and former Michelin-starred Chef.

He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, the Ferme du Letty, and produces jams by hand using 100% French fruit.

This jam is made with authentic Lorraine mirabelles picked when ripe.

This fruit is guaranteed by a PGI (protected geographical identification).
