Ginger and pear jam - 230g

Jam made by Jean-Marie Guilbault, Master Jam Maker and former Michelin-starred Chef.

He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, the Ferme du Letty, and produces jams by hand using 100% French fruit.

The ginger and pear combination makes this an incredible jam.
