Jam made by Jean-Marie Guilbault, Master Jam Maker and former Michelin-starred Chef.

He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, Ferme du Letty, and produces artisanal jams from 100% French fruits.

The Montmorency cherry has a tangy taste.

It lends itself well to making jams but is also perfect for clafoutis!
