He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, the Ferme du Letty, and produces jams by hand using 100% French fruit.
The Roussillon apricot, with its beautiful red-orange color and its juicy, fragrant and sweet flesh, is ideal for making tasty jams.
