He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, Ferme du Letty, and produces artisanal jams from 100% French fruits.

The Roussillon apricot, with its beautiful red-orange color and its juicy, fragrant and sweet flesh, is ideal for making tasty jams.
