The Baudry family estate, nestled in Auvergne at an altitude of 550 meters, benefits from a rural setting near a stream, where it has been making traditional artisanal jams for nearly 30 years. True to the authenticity of old-world flavors, it highlights the natural richness of the fruits. The jams are prepared using ancestral methods in real copper cauldrons, with a concentration of 55g of fruit per 100g, without the addition of colorings or preservatives, enhanced only by lemon juice and pectin for an exceptional texture and taste.
