Nestled in the Auvergne region at an altitude of 550 meters near a stream, the Baudry family estate has been making artisanal jams using traditional methods for nearly 30 years. This mirabelle plum jam is prepared in authentic copper cauldrons, with 55g of fruit per 100g, no artificial colors or preservatives, and is enhanced only with lemon juice and pectin to enhance the natural richness of the flavors, reminiscent of the authentic taste of childhood.
