The Baudry family estate, nestled in Auvergne at an altitude of 550 meters near a stream, has been making artisanal jams with authentic flavors for nearly 30 years. True to the tradition of "the taste of yesteryear," this red fruit jam is prepared in copper cauldrons, with 55g of fruit per 100g, without colorings or preservatives, enhanced only with a hint of lemon juice and pectin to enhance the natural richness of the fruit.
