A small village in the Basque Country, Itxassou is well known to fans for its famous black cherry jam. The Itxassou Beekeeper perpetuates traditional and family know-how.

Its artisanally prepared jams contain 80% whole fruit and are guaranteed pectin-free. To bring back the natural flavors of yesteryear, these jams follow the peasant recipes of his "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).

Enjoy at room temperature with cheese, or served chilled to accompany foie gras.
