Artisanal jam 80% purple figs - 320g

A small village in the Basque Country, Itxassou is well known to lovers of its famous black cherry jam. The Itxassou Beekeeper perpetuates traditional and family know-how.

Her jams, prepared by hand, contain 80% whole fruit and are guaranteed to be pectin-free. To revive the natural flavours of yesteryear, these jams follow the peasant recipes of her "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).

To be enjoyed at room temperature with cheese, or served chilled to accompany foie gras.
