Comté 5-7 months AOP made from raw milk "Marcel Petite"

Comté is a raw cow's milk cheese, produced in the Jura mountains between 500 and 1500 meters altitude, whose traditional methods give it a distinctive character.

A symbol of Franche-Comté, this PDO cheese is exclusively produced from the milk of Montbéliarde and Simmental cows, fed on local fodder.

Each wheel is unique, influenced by several factors, including the aging period. This Comté Terroir, aged for 5 to 7 months, reveals all the refinement of its terroir of origin.

Available in 1kg slices, 1/8 of a 4kg wheel, 1/4 of an 8kg wheel, 1/2 of a 16kg wheel and a whole 16kg wheel
