Norman heart from Neufchâtel with raw milk - 200g

Made from raw cow's milk, Neufchâtel is part of the family of cheeses with a bloomy rind and soft paste.

Its slightly fluffy flowery rind gives a nose of undergrowth. It hides a yellow paste under the rind which becomes white in the heart of the cheese.

Creamy and slightly salty, Neufchâtel has a milky taste with a hint of mushroom. The aromas become more and more pronounced as the cheese matures.

It is also an excellent source of protein, sodium and potassium.
