Heart of Scottish smoked salmon fillet marinated with dill 200g

This exceptional quality Scottish smoked salmon fillet heart is lightly hand-salted with dry salt to naturally remove excess moisture and allow for preservation without preservatives. Excess salt is removed to bring out the salmon's natural, refined and delicately balanced flavour. It is then slowly smoked for several hours using beech wood chips, in an artisanal manner.
