Thai chives - 100g

Thai chives are also called Kui chai in Thai, or green onion. This type of Asian aromatic herb resembles chives found in the West, but differs from the latter by its head which is eaten like the rest of the plant. The taste of Thai chives is slightly stronger than that of chives found in France.

The flavor is close to garlic. In terms of shape, Thai chives resemble a flat onion, with an elongated white bulb, and very tasty, long, dark green leaves.
