Chives - 25g

Originally from the Orient, chives are an aromatic herb whose long green stems and leaves are used as a condiment. Classified among the main herbs with parsley, chervil and tarragon, its health benefits are numerous. A touch of freshness and a slight garlic taste make it one of the most used herbs in cooking.

Chives go wonderfully well with a fromage blanc or crème fraîche sauce to accompany raw vegetables, but also with fish, particularly salmon, poultry or even omelettes.

When making hot dishes, add it at the end of cooking to preserve the flavors.
