IGP sauerkraut cooked with AOC Riesling, Knack, smoked sausage, smoked brisket, smoked Kassler and garlic sausage: all the ingredients combined for a sauerkraut to die for!
To prepare, remove the sauerkraut from its packaging and heat in a saucepan with a little water for 10 minutes. Add the garnish and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
