Raw Alsace sauerkraut obtained by lactic fermentation. The cabbage used (from organic farming) is grown and processed in Alsace using traditional methods.

Enjoy as a salad or cooked (around 1h30) with the accompaniment of your choice (poultry, white or red meat, game, fish, cold meats, etc.).
