Over the last 30 years, the company has developed a unique know-how based on free-range pig farming and the rigorous selection of chilli peppers in the Extremadura region. Alejandro does not use any colouring, preservatives or additives in its products, which are stuffed into natural casings. The result is products with an unrivalled taste and are perfectly digestible.
>> Recipe idea: Chorizo Barbacoa al Vino. Place your chorizos, without pricking or cutting them, in a cold pan and fill it with red wine halfway up the chorizos. Bring to the boil, covered, for 5 minutes on each side, then set aside for 5 minutes. Serve cut into pieces and decorate with a reduction of the remaining wine.
