The Cléo Blancs de Blancs d'Esterlin vintage is a 100% Chardonnay champagne.

The nose reveals scents of fruit and woody vanilla. On the palate, it is a fresh champagne with notes of honey and toasted brioches.

Apart from the aperitif, it enhances sweet and slightly spicy dishes such as foie gras with gingerbread.
