Cervelas from Alsace 10x±150g

The Cervelas d'Alsace is smaller than the meat sausage (Fleischwurst). Its composition is the same but the way of tasting it is a little more varied.

You can enjoy cold Cervelas as an aperitif or as a salad starter with Gruyère cheese and a good Alsatian vinaigrette. Or hot, pan-fried and wrapped in smoked country bacon then garnished in the center with a generous slice of Gruyère or Emmental. A few minutes in the pan or in the oven to grill the bacon and bring all the fatty and smoky taste to the Cervelas as well as to melt the cheese.

All accompanied by an Alsatian craft beer or a white wine from the region and you are in Alsace.
