Cervelas from Alsace 10x±150g

Cervelas d'Alsace is smaller than meat sausage (Fleischwurst). Its composition is the same but the way to eat it is a little more varied.

You can enjoy the cold Cervelas as an aperitif or as a starter in a salad with Gruyère and a good Alsatian vinaigrette. Or hot, fried and wrapped in smoked country bacon then garnished in its center with a generous slice of Gruyère or Emmental. A few minutes in the pan or in the oven to grill the bacon and bring all the fatty and smoky taste to the Cervelas as well as to melt the cheese.

All accompanied by an Alsatian craft beer or a regional white wine and you are in Alsace.
