✨French Caviar Osciètre - L'Élégant - 30g✨

L'Élégant is the Oscietra caviar from the Caviar Perle Noire house, which has been breeding the A. Gueldenstaedtii (Oscietra) sturgeon since 2009. It is therefore rare, because only the earliest females from this farm are mature at present.

When tasted, this caviar is slightly iodized then reveals itself to be very creamy with delicate notes of fresh seaweed and almond.
