With its buttery and fruity taste, Cantal Entre-Deux is a must-try cheese! It is made in a dairy using raw milk and aged for 4 to 7 months. It delivers fruity flavors upon tasting: its aromatic palette can range from buttery tastes to floral notes.
In the heart of Auvergne, nestled at an altitude of 1000m in the volcanic regional natural park, the Fromagerie des Monts du Cantal has been perpetuating the tradition of raw milk cheese since 1928.
It uses milk from the Cantal AOP zone and mountain areas collected from 40 producers in a sustainable approach that respects the environment.
The cheeses are made in Pierrefort and matured in three cellars, including the famous Saint-Poncy cellar built in a former railway tunnel.
