Cantal AOP ±1kg

Cantal is a cow's milk cheese from the Massif Central region. It is an uncooked pressed cheese. Its interior is thin and supple, ranging from pale yellow to ivory in color depending on the ripening time.

Its taste, depending on the ageing, changes from milk and butter when it is young (1 to 2 months of ageing) to a more full-bodied and powerful, slightly spicy taste when it has been aged for more than eight months.

All our fresh produce is shipped in specially designed insulated packages that include cooling gels to keep it fresh throughout the journey.
