The poultry of Dombes, located near Lyon, benefits from an exceptional environment bordered by ponds. Their slaughter is carried out near the 31 family farms of the Dombes Poultry Farmers' Association, thus minimizing their stress and ensuring tender meat.
Subject to strict and controlled specifications, they are fed exclusively with plant and mineral feed. The Prince de la Dombes farm-raised duck, raised for between 65 and 77 days, is distinguished by its yellow skin and pink flesh, offering ideal quality for a wide variety of culinary preparations.
