The Isigny-Sainte-Mère Cooperative works on a geographical collection area of 35 km in the Cotentin and the Basin around Isigny-sur-Mer. This opulent herbage vintage is a veritable fountain of butter and cream linked to rich and fertile lands (alluvium, 170 days of rain per year ideally distributed, mild temperatures in summer and mild winters).
The result is a milk rich in mineral salts, trace elements and oleic fatty acids. The dairy belongs to the producers and processes the milk collected within 48 hours in the traditional way.
