The Isigny-Sainte-Mère Cooperative operates within a 35 km collection area in the Cotentin and the Bassin region around Isigny-sur-Mer. This opulent grassland vintage is a veritable fountain of butter and cream, thanks to its rich and fertile soils (alluvium, 170 days of rain per year, ideally distributed, mild summer temperatures, and mild winters).
The result is milk rich in mineral salts, trace elements, and oleic fatty acids. The dairy is owned by the producers and processes the collected milk within 48 hours using traditional methods.
