The Isigny-Sainte-Mère Cooperative works on a geographical collection area of ​​35 km in the Cotentin and the Basin around Isigny-sur-Mer. This opulent herbage vintage is a veritable "butter and cream fountain" linked to rich and fertile lands (alluvium, 170 days of rain per year ideally distributed, mild temperatures in summer and mild winters). The result is a milk rich in mineral salts, trace elements and oleic fatty acids. The dairy belongs to the producers and processes the milk collected within 48 hours in the traditional way.
