Camembert with buffalo milk (di bufala) - 250g

This Italian-style Camembert is produced exclusively from the milk of Lombardy buffaloes, like good mozzarella, which gives it a delicate and refined flavor!

Although its shape and creamy bloomy rind are reminiscent of Camembert, it is very different: its texture is whiter, its flavour much less strong than that of our Norman Camemberts and its aromas are very light.

Even non-cheese lovers love it.
