Brick | Organic Aveyron sheep's cheese with truffles

This organic sheep's milk cheese is made using a traditional process. It has been carefully salted, rubbed, and turned by hand. Its paste is made from AOP Lacaune sheep's milk, marbled with 1% Tuber Aestivum Vitt summer truffle.

This cheese won the Silver medal at the 2024 Lyon International Competition.
