Brillat-Savarin refined 40% IGP - 500g

Brillat-Savarin is a triple-cream cheese with a mild taste that is best eaten young and fresh. It is produced in the Normandy and Burgundy regions using raw or pasteurized cow's milk.

This dairy product contains at least 40% fat in the finished product. It belongs to the family of soft cheeses with a bloomy rind.

The color of its rind varies from white to ivory and is covered with a thick, soft and smooth white down.
