Sea caterer located in Aquitaine, composes fresh, authentic and flavorful dishes while respecting raw materials from the sea, in an artisanal state of mind. Line-caught cod comes mainly from Ireland, fresh potatoes from Aquitaine, and dairy products from France. No fish pulp is used, only cod desalinated in their workshops.

Tasty thanks to its 30% fish and aromatics (nutmeg, garlic and parsley), this quality brandade offers a rich and creamy texture with a good hold allowing for beautiful dressings.
