Treat yourself to this traditional dish, appreciated by young and old alike for its exquisite taste, perfectly combined with apples... the classic potato, but also with other varieties of apples. Our expert charcutiers slowly brown fresh onions in a pot, adding spices and pork fat at the end of cooking.
It is this mixture that gives the blood sausage its rich taste. The blood is then incorporated into the mixture and stuffed into natural casings. After two successive and complementary cookings - broth and steam - the blood sausages are ready to be enjoyed.
