Directions for use: Pour the contents of this box into a container then add up to once its volume of water. Reheat over low heat while stirring gently. Depending on your taste, remove from the heat with a knob of butter or a spoonful of crème fraîche. Serve in a soup bowl and garnish each plate with fried croutons.
You can also use more or less concentrated Lobster Bisque as a sauce base for seafood gratin or fish dumplings.
