Morvandelles lobster bisque - 800g

This lobster bisque is concentrated.

Directions for use: Pour the contents of this box into a container and then add up to one time its volume of water. Reheat over low heat while stirring gently. Depending on your taste, thicken off the heat with a knob of butter or a spoonful of crème fraîche. Serve in a soup tureen and garnish each plate with fried croutons.

You can also use Lobster Bisque, more or less concentrated, as a sauce base for seafood gratin, fish quenelles.
