Cinnamon sticks from Yên Bái Vietnam - 100g

This cinnamon grows in the Yên Bái region, at the foot of the high plateaus of northern Vietnam.

Particularly sweet and slightly spicy, it is extracted from the sapwood where the sap circulates, and not from the wood.

For each tree cut down, a new one is planted, in order to preserve the forest.
