Gourmet Collection soft bananas are made from dried fresh fruit.

This allows you to obtain a fruit concentrated in taste and aroma since it takes on average 6 kg of fresh bananas (very ripe!) to obtain 1 kg of soft bananas.

The “full flavor” drying process gives the fruit a lovely soft texture and preserves its natural sugars and aromas.

Presented whole, the Gourmet Collection Bananas have benefited from our unique know-how, preserving the appearance of the fresh fruit as much as possible.
