Timur pepper berries - 90g

Harvested in Nepal, Timut pepper or Timur berry (Zanthoxylum Armatum) is a very close cousin of the smaller Sichuan pepper (Zanthoxylum Piperitum). Nicknamed "grapefruit pepper," it develops surprising citrus flavors, particularly pink grapefruit with a hint of lemon and flower. Its flavor is subtly fruity and floral, with a slight spiciness, a beautiful fresh and slightly tangy finish. A perfect match for seafood, but also red meats, sautéed vegetables, eggs, and fruity desserts.
