This mascarpone mixture is ideal for making a traditional Tiramisu, for revisiting this Italian classic or for pastry chefs' creations.

Easy and practical, it doubles in volume once whipped. Then simply prepare and refrigerate for 3 hours to serve.

The assembled device can even be stored in the freezer.
