Andouille with bacon ±180g

The andouille sausage with bacon is handcrafted by the andouille factory in Fouesnant, located between Bénodet and Concarneau. It is made from fresh French pork and enhanced by traditional smoking over beechwood.

While the Guéméné andouille appeals to many connoisseurs, the andouille au lard is distinguished by its interior composed of smoked pork belly, wrapped in tender pork belly, thus offering a more delicate taste experience.
