The recipe blends tradition and culinary innovation: a delicate cooking broth with shallots, carrots, celery, lovage, red chili pepper, thyme, bay leaf, and sage aids digestion. The whole is enhanced by extra-fine French butter, French parsley, and Spanish garlic, revealing the full finesse of this timeless gastronomic delicacy.

Maison Valentin prioritizes the purity of its preparations by rigorously excluding all synthetic glutamate, as well as almond or hazelnut powders, guaranteeing an uncompromising taste authenticity.

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven as soon as the butter begins to simmer.
