100% Chardonnay including 20 to 25% reserve wines from the previous two years.

The color is fine gold and has a beautiful shine. The bubble is very fine.

The nose is fresh carried by beautiful notes of white flowers then white/yellow fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots...)

The palate is ample and vinous, typical of Blanc de Blancs, while remaining very elegantly discreet.

As a food/wine pairing, it will be perfect with white fish or foie gras for originality. It will be perfect for all types of aperitifs.
