This festive product will be delivered from December 12, 2024 and available until early January 2025 depending on availability.

Processed in Normandy in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the Pré d'Auge snails (Helix Aspersa Maxima) are the most tender variety, these grey snails, fed and raised outdoors, are prepared in Trouville-sur-Mer, using only fresh products, garlic, shallots and Normandy butter.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them cool throughout the journey.
