Absolutely unique in Champagne, Bollinger "Vieilles Vignes Françaises" is the living relic of what the champagne of yesteryear must have been like.

A few "free-standing" vines, that is to say ungrafted, have survived. It is from these century-old strains that the old vine cuvée is produced. Worked in the old-fashioned way, manually, with the tools of yesteryear, the vines produce grapes that are also vinified according to the old Champagne method. The grapes thus reach greater maturity while retaining an acidic pH, a guarantee of a great champagne. Always vintage, Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises is a full-bodied, round and complete wine.
