These mini French pork and beef knacks of about 5cm and 15g each are stuffed in natural sheep casings. They are gathered in strings of 15 to 20 pieces. To be reheated for 4 to 5 minutes in very hot water. Do not bring to the boil to avoid bursting. Accompany with a knob of mustard or horseradish.
These mini sausages will be shipped from December 12, 2024 and available until early January 2025.
